dishwashers do the pre-rinsing, it's part of the cycle, that's why there's a latch for the detergent which drops in after the rinse cycle.

risking self poisoning for assuming dishes are clean when it's not clean because of improper cleaning, now all the crap gets stuck and mixed in with assumed clean dishes/utensils

I'll tip the next time I come around if I really liked their food/packaging/utensils/attitude/atmosphere USA

I can be either, but for most it's a symptom and there are many reason, lack of sunlight, lack of social interaction(even for animals), lack of proper nutrition(can cause irateness). But for some it's not solvable without deep intervention from therapy and drugs.
