Yeah I'll take another pic later. I don't actually need to put a lock in the TS, the cage itself is already non-removable. I just use the TS to keep the cage from sliding down and getting uncomfortable.

I've moved up to the 10mm and it works exactly as I expected. It keeps my firmly where I want it and a side benefit is that I no longer get any pee inside the cage! Interestingly I cannot remove the spout with the cage on, I tried for a while. And the cage is completely inescapable without the key.

Turning 18 is so confusing. You're old enough to fight, kill and die in a war in a place you've never heard of, but too young to drink. Your parents can disqualify you from student aid.

I got a 9mm and also a 10mm. The 9 is working ok, but I suspect it's slightly too small. I've had it in for a day and it's a little irritated but it's not bad. Once it stops being irritated for a couple days I'll see if I can go up to 10. I haven't needed to use floss, I just do it manually pretty easily.

I've got the tetherspout in! I was able to remove it pretty easily as well, so for now I'm going to leave it in for as long as I can stand it, and see how that goes. So far it's perfectly comfortable.

The main reason I'm looking into a tetherspout is because I need something that will allow me to keep my cage from sliding down. I got a 9mm spout, and it fits inside just fine, but I can't actually try it with the retainer until my cage comes off in a couple of weeks. For now, I'm just using the spout by itself. I'm not sure, but I actually think the 9mm might be too small. For now I'm just keeping it in as long as possible so my urethra has a chance to get used to it before I try it with the retainer. We'll see how it goes. I'll update when I know more.
