Half of that video is an ad, was there a better video they did on the topic?

It'll be a weird change, but it's a great name!

Not a game recommendation, but I follow Nookrium on YouTube and he jumps through tons of games (and puts the genre in the titles), most of which are small indie builder/strategy games, so he may have some in his catalogue of videos that you'd dig

This feels like a shitpost made just to get some upset reactions for content.

... I will shut down my subs

They have 1 tiny sub. They seem rational enough to know they don't have any sway even if they didn't understand how the fediverse works and thought removing subs was a valid threat.

This is probably just farming reactions for fun

Thanks for this! I'd never really considered a laser cutter, but this read and the other posts you've put in [email protected] have got me thinking about it

If I'm understanding correctly the app would only show the one lemmy.world instance by default for new installs instead of the three (lemmy.world, lemmy.ml, beehaw.org) it does now. Users would still be able to add other instances and login to them as normal. You would still be able to use the app for whatever instance you prefer.

Been hesitant to get into gardening for a while, finally took the plunge in late May with whatever I could scrape together. Already learning from mistakes (vertical support, crowding, a grow bag that isn't meant for potatoes 😊), but happy that it's still alive so far! No peas yet but I'm patiently hoping. Open to advice and tips for this/next year!
