Jill Stein? The magician that magically appears before every election to siphon votes from the Democrat party to help the Republican party win, then magically disappears again until the next election?

Also, .ml is the closest you'll get to a Reddit experience on Lemmy. Not a lot of brain cells floating around over there.

while calling themselves the party of “individual liberty and freedom”

The days where they could masquerade as this are gone.

They are fascists. Period.

If they want to find out what violent revolution looks like, then they can go right ahead and stop social security.

Loved the original Painkiller. The battlefield frozen in time was cutting edge stuff to see in a video game back then.

Hopefully this is released on PC too.

Funerals are more expensive than vaccines.

Well over 30.

I'm 95% certain our quality of life is going to degrade for the remainder of our lives in this country.

I'm not even going out of my way to be pessimistic. I've been alive for a while now and all the signs point to this being our future.

And it was all easily avoidable with even just a little common sense and critical thinking skills from average Americans.

Needless to say, I'm not really a fan of humans anymore. We're pretty stupid animals.

We view the late 40s through the 70s as a golden age for the American middle class. People raising families off a single income. Yearly vacations. Affordable higher education.

Know why?

We taxed the ever-loving fuck out of the wealthy back then.

Then the wealthy bought the politicians and stopped that from happening.

And now we're all sad.

DO. NOT. VOTE. FOR. ANYONE. THAT. DOESN'T. RUN. ON. TAXING. THE. WEALTHY. MORE.

The SS1 remake was pretty damn good.

The thing about remakes though is they can lose what made the original good. So while someone who never played the original might really like the remake, a die-hard that's always liked the original may feel kind of betrayed by the remake.

I never played SS1, so the remake was something new for me and I liked it. But I grew up with and revere SS2 as being one of the best games ever made. So I'm almost kind of glad this is just a remaster and not a remake.

A significant portion of our population, primarily in Republican controlled regions, didn't receive an adequate education, so they lack critical thinking skills or any concept of how our government actually functions.

😭😭Oh no. America made a big mistake.😭😭

With the U.S. government now in total control by a political party clearly displaying fascist traits that appear to be dissolving the federal government and de-stabilizing the economy, this CIA field manual for sabotage tactics may be of interest to many individuals.

I do not condone violence or illegal acts.

I find the AI Art debate very interesting. Should it be praised as art? Is it a cheap ripoff that cheapens the "real deal"?

I don't know. All I know is I've seen AI art so beautiful and unique that I can't bring myself to condemn it. I like what I'm seeing. I still respect the commitment to "real" art. I like both. Is it wrong to like both?
