I stopped using gog because when I bought the witcher 3 dlc it was only discounted on steam and not gog.

It's good for app development where you're constantly testing changes

I buy my clothing at walmart because goodwill over charges.

I still use Gmail over the native app because I instantly get the email when it comes in vs every 15 minutes or whatever it is without manually refreshing

What about all the old art and other stuff that hasn’t been kept around? They probably weren’t worth preserving through the ages, if it’s good enough we’ll see it again
