Then yeah, preserving games will be as problem, but it's not a Nintendo specific issue.
Say valve goes under, think you'll still have games accessible?
As far as know, only gog allows for backup.

Guess one way this would happen is if they see a demand for this.
And probably some third party similar stuff.
Personally, I'll keep my switch.

They better have a proper label / sticker there.
For collectors, and resell value compared to a paper with a code.

But the one phone I managed to break the screen of. Tanks to curved screen that make using proper protection impossible.
Went back to nexus / pixel.
Last patch was an other gap performance wise.
Progress is slow, but it's getting there.
