That's a win indeed. Congratulations ππ

OK, maybe an option to check. Is asking another gyn for a second opinion possible where you live? I'm thinking about the dosage of estrogen and progesterone. I'm no medical professional but maybe they're too high?
BTW, I don't take any other hormons besides Slynd. I have long had problems with fibroids but they're not growing anymore after focused ultrasound therapy.
I had an IUD, too. All it gave me was even heavier bleeding. But that was just my case. Yours might be different. Do you have uterine fibroids? These can cause heavy bleedings, too.
Could a POP be an option for you? I've started taking Slynd a month ago because of hypermenorrhoe and so far I'm happy with it. First "period" was very weak and with 5 days unbelievably short for me. I got frequent headaches though but I've read it gets better after 3 months and I stay hopeful. Edit: I'm soon 49 and haven't taken any pill after age 19.
Not helpful, I know, but take your upvote from a fellow Pebble user for a really interesting question π
Exactly. The developer might open the source according to some reports in the past.
The developer of Connect said they might release it as FOSS app one day. That'll be the day I reinstall it. For now I'm using Jerboa.
Hopefully Connect app on Android (Lemmy client). Also, if it ever happens, Redreader for Lemmy.
You sound like me when I was young. I would easily explode for no reason and it felt like rage would burn me from inside. To be honest I never found a better way to deal with this other than simply getting older. At 48 I'm much more relaxed and don't get that easily upset anymore. There are of course still things that annoy me but it's by far not that intense anymore.
You can backup and restore with Neobackup which can be found in F-Droid. In my case it works for all apps except Signal which has its own backup routine. You can then pull all data from /sdcard with "adb pull /sdcard" to computer. Then do "adb push . /sdcard" to the new phone, point Neobackup to your data folder and restore everything you need. I usually only restore user apps with data, you could easily bork your installation otherwise.
