Turned the instrument shop from Holiday Main Street (10308) into a full (half?) Modular.

Interior is complete, but I didn't grab in caps or renders yet. Starting to grab parts to see where I may have made mistakes!
Missed out on the Green Grocer during my dark ages. Decided to build one that's wouldn't cost a few hundred USD just in sand green bricks with groove. This is the result.
Still waiting on a few bricks, and think I need to update the radar turntable, but I think it's a good modern version of the original.
Weaponized as such, close enough.
