I’m trying to fix my daughter’s electric scooter. The company sent me a brand new motor, out of warranty, however the adapter is wrong (see pic). I’m thinking I’m better off swapping the couplings rather than cutting and splicing, but I don’t want to destroy them - what is the best way to remove the wires? There appears to be some sort of yellow wax/paste holding the wires in.

EDIT: Thanks to all who replied; I’m going to try and splice the wires. Solder should be here tomorrow, so hopefully she’ll be up and running in no time!

Okay so first off sorry if this doesn’t belong here, secondly I’m going to cross post this to get multiple opinions, which leads to 3 - not I’m not a bot/Russian/spammer/whatever - just someone who needs every question answered fully and most likely mathing.

So the question is, given the same total volume, which drink has more alcohol - a “frozen” margarita or a margarita on the rocks (where the rocks/ice are 1 inch cubed)?

I know the ambiguity here may come in with the ice volume of frozen, but that’s part of what I need y’all reason out/rationalize.

Turns out time travel follows MCU rules and not Back to the Future rules. So we’ve sent a protagonist back to fix it, but it just created a new timeline branch that we don’t get to experience - we keep right on this path, forever and ever.

I blame the Left becoming TOO tolerant of all beliefs and allowing this direct to flourish. We really need to acknowledge that some ideas are too far out of mainstream to not be ridiculed into oblivion.

Hey, new to the app (and loving it!) but here are a few features I’d love to see incorporated here:

  1. Allow changing “Account” to username, instance name, or both. Maybe change the icon too. Let me see at a glance which account I’m using.
  2. Add “Subscribed” as a default feed option.
  3. Allow a little more flexibility in post layouts - maybe drag/drop title/text/picture/community/etc order.

Is there a way to specify fewer posts from a community without leaving/turning off posts completely?

I have a few that seem to overwhelm my feed, and while I’d like to see some content, I’d rather it not drown everything else out.
