Didn't read, only saw the “image” itself and instantly recognized Druillets work. Amazing artist.

Kinda related question: What system are you using? Is it FOSS by chance?

I'm not OP, just an expert on Spatial Audio.

Headphones are able to reproduce Spatial Audio mixes, if they've been binauralized, so the place and the system aren't too relevant (if OP already set up their playback system).

Check out https://audiospace.soundingfuture.com/ It's a new and experimental platform, but you'll get a taste of Spatial Audio.

The quadraphonic mix of Dark Side of the Moon is one of the best multichannel compositions in existence.

Problem isn't the MIX, but the way the musicians intended to display the composition. The quadraphonic mix of Black Sabbaths Paranoid album sucks big time (but is also funny as hell).

The new The Cure album is well done in Dolby Atmos, but not really my taste in music.

Spatial Audio is one of the terms used for anything with height information: Binaural and Ambisonics (although these two don't always feature height), Dolby Atmos, Auro3D, MPEG-H or some experimental other formats.

Other terms that mean the same thing: 3D Audio, Immersive Audio, Surround+Height

Dolby Atmos is able to be played on a wide range of modern device. Android-based phones can do it. Cheaper TVs can, and cheap soundbars give a satisfying experience. You can listen to Atmos content on headphones

One of my favorite four-panels. Love War and Peas and their humour.

Bought two comics and framed them, this is one of them.

That's a fun game idea!

Modern king of the City Pop, Ginger Root is able to hit every nuance of the emotional spectrum.

Entertainment was picked, because it isn't one of the singles, yet the bass line slaaaaaps.

Almost a year has passed since the last update!

Very interesting experiment to visualize what we already knew by Dave Rat!

I'm really looking forward too a drunken master playthrough. Not set on a backstory now, but I'm tending to a neutral background and see where the flow (of alcohol!) is going to take me.

Whats your favorite new subclass?

Hello there,

I'm looking for a self-hosted rental system. It's for a smaller institution, which is renting out hardware (for free and non-commercial use), and the current system (EasyJob) is way too bloated.

The service should be publishable to the internet, ideally hostable via Docker or a ProxMox VM, and should have a user-management.

I was thinking about using something like an e-commerce service?

Do you have a good idea regarding this topic?

Best regards
