Then I guess it is something that that (shady?) website is doing, lol. That is, act like they use your location to tell how far away the person on the account is, but not really. 😆
I checked that FanVue link and the site tells me she would be 9 miles away from where they think I am based on geo-ip. So that would be somewher in NL, DE or Belgium depending on direction and on how accurate that number of miles is. So definitely not in the States. And on her Fanvue profile pic she also seems older than 18/19.

You cannot use Imgur for this type of content. They remove it or at least make it inaccessible to anyone trying to use the link.
As others wrote, blocking is okay. Using the timeline that follows only your subscriptions might work too (instead of the "all" timeline), but that would have the disadvantage that it is harder to find "new stuff" (unless it would be posted to the communities you are subscribed to).

Given the posts of OP's account you might be right with this one.
With the web client, the option to tag as NSFW is enabled by default on LemmyNSFW. I believe that is the only difference that I know of (compared to your instance (or most of Lemmy).
