I've made the move to grapheneOS and away from google and meta a few weeks back. Yes, there are some things that are not as easy as before but most of my friends moved to signal with me. Some in addition to WhatsApp, some exclusively.

The only way we can change this is if we don't participate and be vocal about it why. If this leads to people not texting me, well its their choice if they want to reach me or not. Otherwise it will be going on forever and not a single blog article will change that.

Honestly, every cafe that only distributes its menu solely via Instagram will not be visited by me. And if some contacts insist on using meta services for IM, fine, you can write an SMS or call me.

If you are not willing to do that much, you do not really understand what meta is doing.

Well i switched somewhat around that time. Guess i was lucky.

All my hybernation issues went away after i switched to an AMD GPU. Not evidence in itself, just an experience an opinion.

Sounds good to me. Something like hyprland would be awesome for me :)

I am unsure about this. In the end its a matter of habit. Would be nice if GNOME would add a good automatic tiling option as well.

Yeah! I really love playing with friends around a table. Handing out prepared props and increasing the immersion is so cool.

Well its an RL Group so i think it would be difficult. But i really recommend it. The system itself got streamlined and is now available as a Cyberpunk System called :Otherscape. Also there is a kickstarter finished for a fantasy variant called Legends in the Mist.

I will start DMing City of Mist next year. Really exited about it. Narrative systems always interested me and now i can finally play!
