By all means, stir away.
From my observations, everything get boiled down and reduced to a left v right issue. No matter what is is, it is spun as a "this person has this political affliction" , before any other point is made.
No longer does anyone try to find any common ground, its always straight to the Right equals Nazi, Left equals Communist.
Thats why, i say they are fucked. Both sides try to spend far more time trying to crush any opposing think (with the obvious 'my side is right and shit doesnt smell' attitude), then trying to find common ground and fighting the real people who keep their boot on your neck.
