The supervisor/manager doesn't want someone who knows more working under them. Puts their position into question. It's better for them to hire someone who makes them look vital.

It's difficulty it's what makes the game so great. Unfortunately, the general public won't put the effort in to fully enjoy it. I found it by chance about 3 years ago and it's gotten me through some times. It's got more soul than everything else out there IMO. Doesn't matter of its underrated by the public. Those of us who know, know it's worth. It's made for us, not those who wouldn't appreciate it.

You aren't alone. "But where could they be? I don't see... Ooh!"

It's rarely about time but rather energetic resources - whether mental or physical. Most of us have the time, but not the energy to maximize it.

This makes me think of the sunk cost fallacy. I figure they are so heavily invested at this point that they are doubling down. If they don't have Trump to back their views, they might realize being a bigot isn't cool.

Sure, but when these laws were passed they were intended to keep women down. Just like women couldn't vote or have back accounts. The fact they still exist, along with more of our rights being reduced, shows the misogynistic intent.

"Google Messages will note inline when something has been “Edited,” while the original message will be viewable by long-pressing the overflow menu > View details."

If you know someone doesn't read their messages right, you could fuck with them by sending responses unfiltered and filtered.

Example: "that's a stupid idea" and editing it to "I'll consider that"

Just know that they'll see it, so only do with this with friendly trolling. Or just use it for typos. That's probably safer.

Unsure if the Photoshopping is so poorly done intentionally or not. I'm going to assume it was.

I was thinking this too. All felons should sue for their right to vote on precedent that a felon if, elected president, could sign in laws.

Fun site I just showed my partner. He's been having ADHD flair up, insomnia, twitching and loss of appetite. For me, it helps regulate stress and anxiety. Low magnesium levels are so common. The world could be a better place if our bodies actually received/processed what we need to thrive.

how you could be depleting body's magnesium

I second this. Great game. Completely worth it - especially at this price.

Which side of the bed is the left side? Is the answer based on the perspective of laying in the bed (person's head at the head end)? Is the answer based on viewing it from the foot of the bed, looking at the head of the bed? Is there an "anatomical position" or special terminology like in boating for this?

For context: My boyfriend and I can't agree on this. We change who gets which side based on the shoulder we'd predominantly sleep on and how it's feeling. This let's us get good cuddles before shoulder pain gets irritated. He comes to bed after me. A while back he asked what side I'm sleeping on. I said "left". Later that night, he comes in and almost lays directly on me because he claims "left" is the other side. Since then we have to describe which side using complicated descriptions.

Hamas is a terrorist group. Not all Palestinians are Hamas. Israel is targeting Hamas. They have done their best to minimize Palestinian civilian causalities. It's not genocide. If they were going for genocide, this would have been over with a long time ago.

The problem is, we as the general public, have gut reactions to things we don't understand and aren't directly involved in. This is made worse with misinformation and poor Internet literacy.

Another problem is that many Americans' view points are sympathetic to terrorists. But, as I've heard somewhere "one person's terrorist is another's freedom fighter." These people believe Hamas aren't terrorists and are wrongly being fired upon, therefore Israel is bad.

Another group, Trump supporters and the like, will twist anything Biden does negatively because it doesn't align with their narrative.
