Managed to get my phone to cooperate.
This is using the default UI, but should be a similar idea in most clients
I add the first image as normal, as I believe you are doing, then in the body of the post I add the rest of the images.
I can grab a screenshot if it will help, but it will have to wait until I can use my real computer (in approx 9 hours), my phone is refusing to take one.
I suspect we live in very different timezones.
I often post in the early hours on my TZ.

This button in the Voyager app is marked "Approve Post" but it appears to be marking posts as "Restored" even if they weren't removed?
I have been using it, and thus have marked a bunch of posts as Restored :/
