Kinda. It might be 3rd parties using it but it is 100% an API designed by Google to keep apps on Google Play.

It doesn't really matter as a PC does so much more than play games. It's like arguing that a Nintendo Switch is cheaper than an a flagship smartphone. Ok, have fun trying to file your taxes, run blender, write code, browse the web, or backup media on your playstation.

This was the expected outcome. There are no consequences for the wealthy and affluent in the US, only for the poor. Look at the 2008 financial collapse, there wasn't any real jail time for any of those involved but we can't even begin to cover the number of suicides their actions caused.

As long as it's just a fine, it's just the cost of doing business. Start putting executives in jail.

That's the price of the game itself but by the costumes and many leaders it looks like they're wanting to do actual micro transactions.

But it also looks like they're trying to micro-transaction the fuck out of it.

Much of the US, even Texas uses natural gas for heating. Houses in much of the southern US aren't designed for cold weather so people add space heaters. Plus if I remember correctly the cold shut down the natural gas providers in Texas so that wasn't even working.
