I think you took that a little too seriously.

Futurama did it better.

Do you slice before freezing?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

See I'm afraid of the fridge as my starters always seem to develop a kind of acetone-y smell once in the fridge - that no matter how long I feed for out of the fridge, just won't go away.

I'm not at home enough to bake that often - at best I could maybe do twice across a weekend and maybe pizza dough once a week.

Just curious really. I don't bake very often, so sometimes I question why on earth I keep a starter alive. If it didn't take a couple of weeks to get a new one going...

They look really good!

Please could we have your recipe?

Yes, but GDPR doesn't cover copyright - it covers personal/identifiable data. Unless I am very mistaken?

Gotta choose progressively smaller instances until you self-host.

Sorry, how is GDPR relevant here?

Think you missed a couple of zeroes off that tax number buddy.

So much money spent on chasing people over false scarcity of things they weren't ever going to pay for.

If reddit is anything to go by, which I expect it is, people don't click through to the article. But they see the headline and the news platform and take that as evidence enough.

I wonder whether news not being on social media is almost better? It prevents that behaviour, meaning less impact from inflammatory and sensationalised headlines, and forces consumers that actually want news to go and find it directly - in the process being more likely to actually read an article and be more informed.

But that's the great thing about Lemmy - you can just go to another instance and continue using Lemmy if you disagree with some admins decisions.

What's your complaint?

I just accidentally clicked 'Mark All Read' to my replies and now I can't respond to any of them :(

Would it be possible to have a settings option to prompt the user to confirm they want to mark all as read?

In case you haven't seen it.

Just stumbled across this wholesome thread.

I had a lot of fun playing the Rotwood combat test recently and am very excited about the next playtest.

I like some of Skillet's stuff too, but the female singer does more backing vocals than true duets. I've linked Breaking Benjamin and Diamante's cover of Iris as an example I love.

Edit: typo

Hi, in the UK here. My lawn has a few strong patches of clover which I'd like to encourage to take over the whole place.

For context, I am black-thumbed and the lawn is some rolled turf over terribly hard ?clay soil.

What do I do?

Thanks to /u/ProtoBin on reddit for allowing me to repost.

I'm not much of an OC myself, so reposts will have to do for now. The original video was just posted straight to reddit in so far as I can tell. Was gunna try uploading to a federated video site but couldn't find a platform that seemed amenable - any recommendations?
