Every resistance has it's downside so there's not a clear winner, even with that said for what I checked and from my experience picked the one that gives proto shield resistance. Gives 50% resistance to heat and puncture which I liked and 75% bonus for magnetic as there's not a lot of enemies that deal magnetic damage aside for the eximus it turned out to be the most comfy combination.
