Thanks for the reminder to cancel gamepass, I'm not paying $20 a month.

I remember hearing about this on older models as well. It's likely a software issue.

Having a cable running down your back breaks immersion.

And you'd be surprised how much Meta is limiting the XR2 in the quest 3. You can bump the resolution pretty high with quest game optimizer.

I wish more VR games would play with perspectives and visuals like this.

I believe it's an issue with safari. Use this.

Apparently inline videos are a thing now? I lost motivation to post because having to leave the webpage every time was annoying. The community didn’t completely die thanks to /u/[email protected] (thanks again), but I'm back and I’ll keep posting a least once a day.

You'd get like what, a post a day there?

Sorry, but google isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

That's fine, I disagree but you can join beehaw if that's what's best for you. I just feel this creates unnecessary tribalism.

I'm trying but I keep getting "Error loading workflow. Please try again in a few minutes".

~~Guys, I'm trying to find the best place to post/share videos from. Imgur and 9gag work, but it's a little difficult to find the actual video on a Lemmy post. You either have to click on the name or on the hyperlink in the post's signature. Yet, those website work best on the Jerboa app.~~

~~Youtube works the best on desktop because you don't have to leave the post page, but its Youtube. And on mobile you'd have to open the Youtube app. Would it be easier to just put a link in the post body?~~

~~I haven't really tried federated sites like PeerTube because I couldn't find an instance to post on. I would spin up my own, but I'd imagine it'd get quite costly after a while. Any Ideas?~~

Edit: Inline videos are a thing now, nevermind.

Thanks for the reccs. I don't need it to do much more than give me my speed so these'll work great!

This crap is completely unacceptable.

The app has 10M+ downloads, and is already filled with ads as it is. I DO NOT want and WILL NEVER want ads as push notifications.

I'm quite sure this isn't allowed on the playstore according to the Play Console Help page. Which states:

Ads must not simulate or impersonate the user interface of any app feature, such as notifications or warning elements of an operating system. It must be clear to the user which app is serving each ad.

And shows this picture:

I now consider GPS Speedometer malware, immediate uninstall.
