Testosterone is also prescribed for ~~actual~~ other medical conditions - such as someone losing a testicle from cancer and thus requiring a testosterone boost to maintain regular hormone levels.

The only way to find out is to try, and it's always a risk going into the unknown; your apprehension is understandable.

But the only way to improve your situation is to change it, and it sounds like your current working situation is pretty bad. Try not to let the fear stop you from moving forwards.

Best of luck finding somethig better!

they’re comfortable, well paid, successful people who will never see a day in jail.

They also run the risk of getting assassinated by the people who they have exploited, so we'll see how comfortable they remain in the future.

Even something like "Removed: potential misinformation; please provide at least 1 source" might help improve things.

Disagree with the consoles bit, with a caveat; their handheld consoles are always the best in the space (gameboy, DS, switch). I'd be up for them focusing on this and releasing their bigger games (i.e. Zelda) on better hardware.

You seem to be in a situation where your current friends will be less available, leaving you more room for additional friends!

Find or continue a hobby (on your own or with your partner), meet some people, make some new friends.

Also, don't abandon your current friends. Keep talking to them, remembering their birthdays, etc. Keep trying to do stuff together, but just respect that their schedule will be heavily restricted and do your best to work with that.

Your parent friends can focus so much on how the kids are doing, that having someone who cares about how they are doing is also extremely valuable; be that friend!
