The Italian government's undemocratic decisions have effect only in Italy, fortunately, and nobody in Europe has ever cared about what happens to Italian citizens (since they are not even consider properly civilized people). So the rest of EU is safe, this is just a click bait title.
On Raccoon you can see the list of communities of an instance in the "Instance details" page, which can be accessed from the top bar menu in the community detail screen.
Moreover, you can explore instances in guest mode, both from user detail and community detail.
I live in a country with an oppressive government who discriminates people based on race, religion, sexual orientation and already blatantly favours the wealthy with total impunity. Nothing can be worse than this.
You are not Italian. Even our government sees citizens as cows to milk, especially if you are an employee and cannot fraud the tax system like everyone else does.
Am I allowed to say that I trust US Big Tech Corps more than my government and my police officers? Meta still is more ethical (even with the DEI programs cutoff and all the rest) than some corrupt governments.

The fact that you are seeing "hearts" to like makes me think it is < 0.4.0 because now there are thumbs up/down (since Friendica allows disliking too).
Maybe it will happen in some red state too in the future, to prove them wrong.

I'm ashamed (as an Italian) to discover only now thanks to this post that "orzo" can be a pasta format and not just another cereal (it also means "barley"). I always heard the term "risoni" for it but "orzo" apparently is used as well. And I agree, it sucks.
In case you did not know there is a cylindric variant too called "tempestina" which is even more awful (mainly used for soups, or for small children). It's uncommon to see grown adults eat them but, unfortunately, they exist.

You can find an "User tags" item in the profile side menu to see the list of tags, add/edit them and see the list of tagged users.
By using the "⋮" button in the top app bar from a user detail, you'll be able to add one or more tags to that user which will be displayed next to their handle whenever that users appears in a timeline, post detail or search.
Hope you find it useful, just keep in mind that:
- these tags are a client-side extension so they are only stored in the device you are using and not saved remotely (if you have multiple devices or delete the app data) and they are only visible to you
- this is still an experimental feature, if you happen to find any bugs please report them here in the comments or on Matrix.

In my country the far right distinguishes between legal immigrantes, who are cannon fodder for exploitative industry and therefore good, and illegal immigrants, who are criminals and need to be segregated in detection camps.
Both types in any case ar discouraged from marrying the locals (public officers are resistant) and prevented from practicing their religion in public by local legislation (the national one is vague).
For one time I feel my country is ahead of the US 🤣😅😭 maybe it is because we invented fas**sm after all.
