I'm not Muslim or ex-Muslim but I randomly saw your post on "All". People all over the world struggle with reintegration into greater society after leaving their respective cults. It is such a large issue that there are counselors, therapists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals who specialize in helping people reintegrate and cope with their issues. While it is often quite helpful to get community support, if your community isn't supporting you in the ways you specifically need, then it is perfectly reasonable to seek help elsewhere.

I recommend you look for any way you might access free or subsidized care, and attempt to connect with a professional who has a specialization that suits your needs.

Also check out other "ex"-religion groups on social as you may find advice that can be modified to work for you.
