I totally also had these thoughts as an egg. One of the guys I knew that was friends of my brother had testicular cancer and was really messed up about the possibility of having them removed in his 20s… and I was jealous and wished that could happen to me? I didn’t tell anyone because I thought it wasn’t right to feel that way. Took awhile but it all makes sense now lmao 🏳️‍⚧️

You could use Tailscale funnel, cloudflare tunnel (I don’t know if cloudflare ToS allows video streaming) or setup a VPN/Tailscale and reverse proxy on a cloud VPS.
