This one is from a model called "Realism Engine Meets Waifu Diffusion", which appears to have never seen a photograph of human genitalia, just anime nudity. I have not been able to reproduce the effect with my own fine-tuning, though; if I fine-tune with only anime pictures, the result is that it only wants to make anime pictures. The key is probably the merging of two models. I'll try that with a hentai and non-NSFW photorealistic model and see if I can reproduce doll crotches.

I don't think this model is distributed anymore. At least, I can't find it.

Regional prompter is great, but it only works with things that are similar enough for Stable Diffusion to splice together. Humans and robots work fine, though on this one it just looks like she's wearing a top in the transition section. Sometimes specifically adding clothes can make it fuse things that it normally doesn't want to fuse.

Based on some of the posts here I figured at least mild body horror is OK, but let me know if this kind of stuff isn't wanted here and I won't post it.

I remember seeing a picture that had been edited like this using analog techniques in one of my dad's old Penthouse magazines when I was a teenager. For some reason it turned me on a lot, and now I've finally figured out how to do it with Stable Diffusion. I'd discovered Regional Prompter a while back, but the trick was to render at large size (1024x1024) and stick with the "Euler a" sampler.

When going to a large size, you no longer want to use a common or base prompt that says "two women", because then you're likely to end up with three or four women because of SD's tendency to double things when you go to large sizes.
