My neighbors to the north, please do not allow this to happen in your country. US longterm care is understaffed, full of abuse and neglect, and majorly overpriced because of the lack of the regulations listed in the blurb.

I think this article is enlightening on Japan's cybersecurity. Things may have changed but people like this being in charge put them way behind.
