The Amazon FC nearest me was previously CONSTANTLY hiring due to the turnover rate but now they haven't been for some time. I worked there for three years and we all suspected it was only a matter of time before most of those jobs were automated.
Do they have to give some fucking stupid name to everything like some 5 year olds? I can't stand we have the shittiest, dumbest people in charge.
Yeah in other words they mean they can use AI to squeeze every last drop of productivity out of a person.
