The pirate cosmetic bundle from the twitch drops actually looks really good
Is this the first time they're doing something this? I know they always have a booth at PAX, but I can't seem to remember a meetup like this.
I can really recommend pmtiles. They are already pre-generated and easily hostable with something like Minio without the need for a dedicated server. My europe pmtile file (only one file!) is around 40-50 gb.

Local stream extraction reliably works for me after a certain number of attempts at opening the video (sometimes 5, sometimes 15, it can vary). It has been like that on my selfhosted Piped instance using the desktop web client as well until the Newpipe/Piped team released a fix. The mobile app is still kinda broken and needs the previously mentioned annoying number of attempts
