You're never gonna get evidence from the Pro-Israel crowd. I've been asking for months and the best I got was a document that said that "the IDF reports that it found ammo in a civilian house". That was one of the 11 "examples" of Hamas using human shields.

But you know what there is evidence of? The UN has evidence that the Israelis used Palestinians as human shields. Check out section XIV of the Goldstone Report (scroll to "Report of the United Nations Fact Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict" and download the document)

I was under the impression it was actually a plane full of refugees. I'm confused reading the article a second time because they don't call it a commercial flight. If it was an organized refugee effort then yes the orgs arranging refuge have a responsibility to do their due diligence to make sure the refugees will be safe.

Edit: Literally since Israel bombed the AP building 2 years ago I have never gotten a single source in response. Nobody even tries.

The problem comes when people justify the “eye for an eye” response that both groups are taking.

This is the all lives matter take of the middle east. Israel has killed 36x as many civilians as all pro-Palestine groups have killed Israeli civilians.

It's not an eye for an eye. It's genocide.
