More like living his best life. Good for him for being able to. Some people are so suppressed they are never able to fully realize their true selves. Don't hate because one person is able to have something that others are not.

The precedent has been set many times. If a states governor will not enforce federal laws or tries to interpret laws in their own warped way the federal government will let them know their mistake.
