I have actually used adguard for dns and few other things and i dont remember need to give them my mail id , nor do i get any mails from them

They were never a test to evade bots to begim with, most capchas were used to train machine learning algorithms to train the bots on ! Just because it was manual labour google got it done for free , using this bullshit captcha thingy ! We sort of trained bots to read obsucre texts , and kinda did the labour for corps for free !
I use mint on my PC , for its stability , and since all ubuntu software are supported , it is pretty great software selection wise too !

I think this version is breaking on my device more than the previous version , when I try to see all comments it breaks , and profile view breaks too !

Tbh i have never been a reddit user , or rather did not frequent to reddit , however i was on fediverse since long , the recent boom in lemmy has made this a better place to be !
