This is my take. I'm big on cookies and cream ^(low^ ^sugar^ ^Nadamoo^ ^too^ ^good^ ^(#ad))^ but the question's framed like "simple flavor, simple flavor, multiple flavors". Covers more than one group lol.

Yeah, for some reason it doesn't seem like it happens whenever you don't stick to the top after loading the page.

I'd probably have the line do some damage too, or have it cost less so it could be used in more combos for the kits that have it. Also make aiming with it actually match weapon crosshairs, or show a crosshair for it at all, honestly.
