Shouldn't these be the same thing? Or am I missing something? Often I will click a post in the feed, read it, and then decide it's valuable and want to upvote it. But then I have to go back to the feed and upvote it. Seems unnecessary, and extra clicks.

Does this mean just having read the OP? So if there are new comments it still won't show?

If so, is there a way to hide posts where there have been no new posts since I last opened it?
