Of course they can, I never said they couldn’t. I just personally prefer YouTube’s app UI and UX over the website on mobile.

You could check out uYouPlus then, it doesn’t require jailbreaking or anything but instead works through “sideloading”. I’ve used it for years and it’s honestlygreat:

Does anyone have any links for reverse engineering Spotify DRM? I didn't necessarily need it for myself, have plenty of music, and it would be a pretty inefficient means of piracy vs. BitTorrent or li in c/[email protected]

There was actually a project on github that claimed to allow downloading of Spotify straight from the source with drm bypassing called XSpotify but it was taken down by spotify before i got to try it: https://github.com/meik97/XSpotify

Obviously take this with a grain of salt, you should probably read the source code before attempting to run it

FYI: Voyager *really* doesn't play nicely with the iOS17 Public Betas in c/[email protected]

A temporary “solution” to fix this is to swipe on any post. This will allow you to scroll again, although you have to do it everytime it locks up…

Currently, people looking for alternatives for Reddit on Google will see Lemmy listed first. in c/[email protected]

Yeah I tried in incognito mode and lemmy didn’t even show up on the list
