Im using docker compose. Cant remember the image RN, but something like nextcloud 26. AS long AS you specify a full Tag and use volumes, you can upgrade in the webapp.

Specify a Version Tag in docker compose and update nextcloud deliberately through the webapp, that way it doesn't update automatically on a pull
Did traefik become uncool? I only read about caddy/nginx/ha here.
