tbh, the breakfast look kind of unhealthy to me. too much carbohydrate? Not recommend for daily intake, but i will give it 8/10 if i have it before doing extensive workload (physically).

how do those Americans still survive as they have high carbohydrate breakfast every day?

It may look upside down to you, but it look normal to people in Australia.

Also, term paper is just a form of torture. Writing thing that you make up initially and find references to support it, add some lines to refine and call it a day.

based on my experience on reading tons of doujinshi, I notice nearly all of them is located on the back. However, it also mean that the digestive system would be lengthen, thus, improving the nutrition recovery from the food, but requiring longer digestion time. It mean that they would have a higher food-to-energy ratio, rendering them a good choice for labor work.
