Curse of the dead Gods: Relatively slow and methodical action-roguelite. Heavily focused on dodging and parying, so might be right up your alley.
UnderMine: Another action-roguelite, a bit more story focused and humorous. Mining themed, so what's not to love?
Ori and the Will of the Wisps: Beautiful Metroidvania I personally prefer over Hollow Knight.
Dome Keeper: Still in early access and more for the relaxed evening than the constant high-octane gaming session.
