It's the ruins in the Wild Lands scattered in the mountains and the jungle. I haven't marked it on the map since its something my players have to go out and find!

The tower is the lair of a cursed green adult dragon and the dungeon in the Hells is where the party must find an artifact to remove the curse. Of course, they could just kill the dragon too.
