Hallo ihr Lieben,

mein AG bietet die Option, das Jahresgehalt in 12 oder 13 Gehältern auszuzahlen. Das 13. Gehalt wird dann im Dezember zusätzlich ausgezahlt.

Nach meinen Berechnungen wird sich da steuerlich kaum was tun. Gibt es andere Gründe oder Überlegungen, weswegen man sich für die eine oder andere Option entscheiden sollte?
