That was the problem. I didn't even know there was a language setting until last month, when someone else commented about the same problem. Hopefully, anyone searching in this community will see your comment. Thanks for the reply.

Does St. Patrick's day count?

I adopted my dog from the local shelter. They had to remove the tip of her tail because she had a happy tail so bad that she had bone deep cuts. They had first tried to stitch the wounds, but she popped the stitches and made the wounds worse. Thankfully, she doesn't have the happy tail affliction anymore. I guess that 'happy' is a misnomer. Her excessive tail wagging was more of a stress/anxiety behavior.

I woke up this morning, and I cannot get anything to load in the app. I see the loading icon for a while and eventually get "error loading page."

Edit: I restarted my phone, and everything is working fine now.

$2000?!?! I got charged $3000 for a 15-minute EMS transport. They didn't even perform any medical care.

My nephew just took his first steps the other day. The lazy bum only got through two and a half steps before giving in to gravity. NOT fantastic.

Killing random people is bad. If he had driven his vehicle through a health insurance companies shareholder or board meeting, instead...

Plain or not, vanilla is common. According to this comic, you will die when your body hits the bottom.

Would you like a chocolate covered pretzel?

Walmart is toxic. I worked there for about a year. It was the most stressful and aggravating year of my life. The breakroom was always filled with employees having breakdowns and anger-venting to each other. Don't blame the employees. Don't shop there. The Waltons do not deserve your money.

After the update, I cannot see replies to comments. If I am logged out and view the post, all comments show. But when I log in I can see that there are replies to someone's comment but instead of showing the comments, I just see "2 replies." If I click to expand the comment chain, nothing happens. It's weird that everything looks normal if I'm logged out, but not when logged in.

Edit: I am also having a similar problem with the comments on this post. When logged in, no comments show, despite the comment icon showing that there are comments. I cannot even see my replies to other comments. I can see my comment reply to this post. If I log out, everything shows fine.

Edit2: I can see older comments on posts from a month ago. I don't know if this is a new comments issue, or something else. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about how lemmy works under the hood.

When I go to view an individual community the newest posts are not always showing. Some communities look like they have no posts, even though I know that they do. Example: https://lemmy.world/c/autism When I view the link I only see posts that are from August 5th or older. When viewing all on the instance, newer posts will appear though.

Edit:(12 hours later) I don't know if it is related, but I am not seeing the comments on this post. They pop-up in my inbox as replies, but do not appear when I view the post.
