Cold air can’t hold a lot of moisture. People who heat their homes heat cold air, which lowers the relative humidity of air that was already dry to begin with. So you end up with dry air if you heat your home.
Yes there’s a whole community making new games for retro consoles (played on emulators). There are original ones and modified ones (called romhacks) where they change and implement QOL fixes to classics. Like Pokémon has a whole set of romhacks, such as Pokémon Emerald Seaglass. Gameboy in particular has a ton. A $30-40 Chinese emulator can run it all.
You got a squeeze mop or a spinny mop or what hardware?
Yeah this is a tough one. I think I read something like 70% is pass holders. Stowe, a mountain in Vermont, used to charge $2,000+ for their season pass. Now Epic is ~$700-800 and gives you a bunch more. The lines suck, they treat their workers like shit, they charge for parking, but skiing has generally become more affordable with the mega passes in some regards. I prefer passes like the Indy pass myself anyway.
That thing likely gulps down electricity unfortunately and a replacement would pay for itself. Just don’t connect it to the internet and use a good streaming box and you’ll have none of these issues. Lemmy hates apple but the Apple TV is great.
New slow close toilet seat. Slow close cabinet hinges (or the aftermarket accessory to convert normal cabinet doors into slow close).
It’s Lemmy lol if you don’t use your own airgapped Linux distro you’re a complete cuck
If it’s a mesh system yes running wires would be a nice upgrade
Wired backhaul?
Bought a radon gauge (water column tool that indicates pressure differentials) to determine when my filter needs to be replaced. Plan on seeing differential vs used and identifying a threshold. Common in commercial applications.
What’s the bull joke
