This report says $40 billion of the $100 billion. The dollar amount doesn’t matter. At the end of the day the US doesn’t have a nationwide healthcare system and 18% of the population is in some sort of housing insecurity.
100 billion. One hundred billion dollars.
You could be describing several government institutions. The Dept of Veteran Affairs, the USPS, IRS. It’s called regulatory take over.
