Sure would be a shame if this database was not properly secured and some anonymous internet user happened to login and mess with the data.
Paying another nation to incarcerate someone indefinitely without due process is beyond fucked up. It's almost impossible to believe that's our current reality. That's the sort of thing that I feel the founders of our country would throw a revolution over.
If the rule of law no longer means anything, there's really no incentive to go peacefully when the gestapo comes for us. Food for thought.
