I'm sure they could be if anyone put any time into it But as of yet, yes, all sharks eat others. Maybe someday in the future we'll figure out a way to end suffering in the wild.

Well since we're sharing opinions, I think wild animals should live as they are evolved with the idealized minimum of human influence on their lives.
