It shows how he doesn't give a fuck. Only dorks care about writing conventions on social media.

But seriously, those are true. And it’s a Gen Z social trend. If you google you can find discourse about the topic.

He’s almost 40. Just past the cutoff for Millennial depending on how you slice things.
