You linked spitting image but I wrote splitting image as in if the image was splitten.

I understand it's an easy mistake to make!

I think I'm typing not speaking but maybe I'm wrong and if I'm doing that thing were I'm speaking out loud as I'm typing I'm sorry.

Now that the crowd has thinned. I have an open and honest question. Please do not take this as anything more than a thoughtful critique. I do see the value in forcing a person to question their views in a public forum. That being said.

What benefit is there to a satirical account that parrots the talking points of those in power?

Just because my views are different than yours doesn’t make me sarcastic or satirical.

It isn’t an unpopular view.

Did Winston Churchill not say that democracy is the worst form of government?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 3 months ago

That's not a defense of your position. That's a quote out of context. Is this more of your satire?

You know it's completely reasonable and rational to accept you were wrong about a thing even if you hold true to other concepts that may not have a singular answer?

Trying to change reality completely to entertain yourself just makes you the fool and not a person many will bend an ear to, or take with any credibility.
