Question (especially for the occasional Mastodon and *key users): what do you think of the idea of me adding tags (like the community name) to my posts?
I don't exactly know how the federation will handle this, but my guess is that the posts will then also show up more in Mastodon-like instances (or do they do that already?).
I'm not sure if this is wanted by the community in the mastodon-like part of the Fediverse or if it is better when the posts stay contained in this communities.

Mastodon-specific issue. Sharkey and Akkoma show post bodies, and usually media too. The latter one appears to be dependent on source instance federating, like kbin.earth drop media just like you said, and sopuli.xyz federate media just fine.
