I won't ever be a billionaire, I wouldn't want to be anyway, that's insane. Anything over a few million to coast during my senior years I'll just donate - assuming I even make that much.

I'd really love to build local communes where groups of people can live somewhat or completely sustainably. I'm thinking like well water, solar power, community garden, and little homes surrounding a central community area. I'd love it if people could also contribute to living by doing something they enjoy versus something they have to do.

I want to do this so bad but my landlord probably won't let my wife and I do that to their home they don't live in.
