I don't get it
A cotton plantation in the West Indies? Presumably the comments were pretty bad.
Kind of implies it's going to be handpicked as well, considering they're taking randoms off the street.
They even used a black person for the photo. Seems too obvious to be real.
It's Barbados, more than 95% of the population is black.
So not having a black person in the photo would have been weird.

There's this non-profit that specifically connects produce retailers with black farmers. I feel like they probably had great intentions but every time I think about it I go "that feels a little too close doesn't it?"
