Obviously they are a shitbag for betraying their insincere beliefs and propping up Elon. Not as obvious, it's because they want a status symbol. I kinda stopped talking to the idiot after he wouldn't stop bragging about that Swasticar.
Okay so because the beliefs were contradictory. Yeah a lot of the Bernie bros went to X and sort of melted their brains.
But I will say it’s tough to have good choices anymore.
I value people over everything and want a future that has more freedoms not less.
But like I purchased a pair of pants the other day that can be traced to Chinese camps. And my phone was built by kids. So fuck me I guess.
I am outspoken of my beliefs to do right by people. So have to contend with every instance of hypocrisy I also exist within. No good choices when the world is built on blood and genocide lol.
Am not disagreeing with you - and think Tesla avoidance is a proper thing right now. The totals of grievances have hit a threshold for sure.
Especially if socially conscious. Or preaching those beliefs. And buying anything for status is already an interesting stance. Hope you find some better friends. I’m on the hunt for them myself hahaha. Tough these days.
Thanks. I appreciate your perspective. So other context on this friend -- they kept wanting to talk about "dei hires" a couple years ago. I tried to be patient and help them with that toxic thinking but I made no progress. They were convinced they lost their job to a "dei hire"
Oof. Yeah couple guys I know like that. Nothing, conveniently, is ever their fault either. Lmao.
