Ummmmm….. like the south was trying to do in the civil war with the institution of slavery?

The ones specifically dedicated to upholding enslavement of an entire peoples based on skin color, as outlined specifically in their articles of confederation and the constitutions of multiple states of the confederacy?

You mean those institutions?
